Authorization and safety
A bank or processor can approve, decline, review or temporarily hold a transaction. Billing mismatches can prevent authorization. Ask the issuer about a decline, and do not send payment credentials by email.
Refund support
For an order-related payment question, use Contact Us. Please obtain approval before sending anything back so we can provide the applicable instructions. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an approved mailed return, there is no restocking fee, and exchanges are subject to review and stock. An approved refund is processed and initiated to its original payment method within 10 days; a financial institution may post it later.
