This policy explains return and exchange requests while preserving applicable consumer rights.
Eligibility and timing
A return or exchange request can be submitted within 30 days after delivery for eligible new and unused merchandise, including a selection mistake, and for a product that is defective, damaged, wrong, incomplete or significantly unlike its description.

Email finexavabu467@gmail.com before mailing an item. Include the order number, checkout email and issue details; photographs or video can help document a product concern. The displayed mailing address is not automatically a return warehouse.
Labels, exchanges and refunds
Please obtain approval before sending anything back so we can provide the applicable instructions. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an approved mailed return, there is no restocking fee, and exchanges are subject to review and stock. An approved refund is processed and initiated to its original payment method within 10 days; a financial institution may post it later.
