Orders and delivery
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance can depend on inventory, accurate information, payment authorization, security review, charges and delivery availability. Preparation usually finishes within 1–2 business days after successful authorization. Carrier transit following dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, separately from handling and without a promised arrival date. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and exchanges
A return or exchange request can be submitted within 30 days after delivery for eligible new and unused merchandise, including a selection mistake, and for a product that is defective, damaged, wrong, incomplete or significantly unlike its description. Please obtain approval before sending anything back so we can provide the applicable instructions. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an approved mailed return, there is no restocking fee, and exchanges are subject to review and stock.
